Fees:

Foundations, Literacy Advantage, Core and Comprehensive: No fee for students who take these courses as part of their 3.0 semester credit load. Students will report to the online classroom to complete their coursework. Students who take these courses in addition to their 3.0 semester credit load must pay a $150/class fee.
Advanced Placement: If the AP online course is offered in the high school, the Sioux Falls School District is responsible for the textbook cost. If the AP online course is not offered in the high school, the student will be responsible for the textbook cost.
SD Virtual School: The cost of the courses through the SD Virtual School depends on the provider, with most courses ranging between $200 and $350 per 0.5 credit. There is no fee for students who take these courses as part of their 3.0 semester credit load. Students who take these courses in addition to their 3.0 semester credit load must pay the fee charged through the SD Virtual School.

Online Foundations:

Designed to provide a bridge to high school, Foundation courses feature structured remediation designed to facilitate student progress through grades 3-8 skills. Courses develop math and English, language arts skills and strategies while raising academic performance up to high school level. (2000 Level)
